Los estudiantes de la VI Promoción comienzan su TFG con enfoque sostenible, un proyecto denominado “Hacia el Impacto Cero” que busca construir y rehabilitar un futuro descarbonizado.
Hemos llegado a la mitad de nuestro camino y como tal, damos por inaugurado el proyecto más importante del curso académico: Hacia el Impacto Cero. Efectivamente, se trata de los T.F.M de los estudiantes actuales del Grado Inmobiliario, los cuales serán desarrollados en base a los siguientes objetivos: reducir la huella ecológica de las edificaciones, redirigir las actuaciones corporativas hacia un enfoque más sostenible y desarrollar nuevas promociones inmobiliarias de mínimo impacto medioambiental.
Con el fin de dar un breve preámbulo, os adelantamos que cada uno de los cinco trabajos se enfocarán en disciplinas distintas, como podrán ser la rehabilitación inmobiliaria, la economía circular la viabilidad de proyectos.
